restaurant The London Carriage Works. After more than 30 years in the business
Paul has achieved numerous local and national awards, as well as masses of
recognition from fellow chefs, including the likes of Raymond Blanc and Marco
Pierre White. Also, after a TV appearance on channel 4 and a placing in the Top 30 most influential people in the North West, Paul was recently described by The
Times as ‘a genial genius destined for the heights of
Michelin.’
